Please list raid experience. Include all raids you did at the appropriate level. IE, if you did Molton Core at level 60, list it. If you didn't do it until level 80 you don't have to list it.
I came into wow right at the start of BC, but didnt start raiding until WotLK. I did all of the raids at level in Wrath, and in fact cleared ICC and killed Lich King 3 times before Cat.

Hey there Zithra. Thanks for your app. We are looking at it and have some questions. Mainly, why you have none of your gear gemmed or enchanted? I personally can appreciate not putting expensive enchants on gear under a certain level, but why not at least any green level gems until you get better gear worth putting expensive ones in?
I notice you have some PvP gear on as well. PvP isn't completely horrible for DPS, but ideally you do want PvE. Have you just not had any luck with drops for those spots? Or are you saving Justice Points to replace those items? The PvP items are a small concern because resil does nothing for you outside of PvP and they offer little in the way of mana regen and that can become a huge issue on longer fights.
If I saw right, looks like you have completed all the Cata heroics except for Grim Batol. If you haven't, can you e-mail Doofensmirtz with a combat log from a heroic run or contact him to maybe schedule a heroic run? On the surface you look like you are ready to raid just yet, but have some good potential.

Me and beaux looked it over. He has the same concerns I do, Such as gemming at least greens, cheap enchants, reforging to get hit capped, etc. I know we takled in game. Hit one of us up in next day or too to run heroic.
We do see potential with app, just want to make sure your serious about upgrading gear, gemming enchanting, etc.
If heroic goes well and interaction, we can prolly offer 2 week trial, make sure your a fit with guild, serious about gear upgrading, etc. And go from there.

Well, as you said, I didn't want to spend the money on gearing the low level stuff, but I see how that comes into play in selecting a guildie. I also don't completely know what new gems there are and what's best. I certainly can get these sorted out.
I notice you have some PvP gear on as well.
If you mean the Fireweave gear, I know what you mean. It was more of a "Let's get the iLevel for heroics quick" approach, rather than doing things properly. Rest assured I would never wear this type of gear in a normal raid environment.
Once I get rolling a bit better, I believe I will be much better looking, but at this point I can see your concerns.

Just posting to close this. As I've talked to you in game. We did get another mage and feel that we could give you a trial period, but that we need a hunter/lock for our last raid spots. So couldn't promise a raid spot at this time.
